This was developed by the Rights Ambassadors and includes the rights we felt were most applicable to the children and adults in our school.
Every year staff and pupils work together to write a class charter which outlines how adults and children will work together to support children’s rights.
Every week in our Rights’ Assembly children are nominated by another child to celebrate when their rights have been respected.
The children and adults of Dene House Primary School worked together to outline how adults and children will respect each other’s rights during playtime.
School Council produced a lunchtime charter to promote rights during lunchtime. Good rights respecting behaviour at lunchtime is acknowledged with a seat on our Top Table.
